Terms of Service
Last updated: July 20, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Industrial App website at industrial.app (the “Service”), operated by DeepTechWorks LLC (“DeepTechWorks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. Use of the Industrial App mobile application is governed by the separate Terms you accept inside the app at first launch.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
Access and availability
Industrial App is publicly available and free to download — on Google Play now, with the iPhone version to follow. Anyone may download it and create an account; no invitation, referral, access code, waitlist, or affiliation with any organization is required. The app is in active development, so features may be incomplete or change without notice, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose;
- submit information that is false, or that is not yours to submit;
- attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
- scrape, harvest, or systematically collect data from the Service; or
- reverse engineer or interfere with any part of the Service except as permitted by law.
Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, content, design, and the Industrial App name and logo, is owned by DeepTechWorks and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Aggregated and de-identified data
We may create and use aggregated and de-identified data derived from use of our products and services—for example, market signals such as observed equipment lead times, pricing trends, and supplier reliability—to operate, improve, benchmark, and build features of our products. Such data is aggregated and stripped of information that identifies you or your organization, and we may retain and use it during and after your use of the Service. We will not disclose your confidential information or personal information except as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Any information provided through the Service is for general purposes and is not professional, engineering, procurement, or legal advice; you are responsible for decisions you make using it.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeepTechWorks will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in the State of Texas for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
