Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Industrial App account — and all data associated with it — at any time. Deletion is immediate and irreversible.

Delete from inside the app (recommended)

• Open Settings in the Industrial App.
• Tap “Delete account & data”.
• Type DELETE to confirm. That’s it.

This works for your account and everything associated with it.

Delete by email

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@industrial.app from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We verify the request against the account’s email and complete the deletion promptly.

Delete specific data without deleting your account

You don’t have to delete your whole account to remove specific data. Inside the app you can delete a conversation or a project at any time. To remove otherspecific data, email support@industrial.app from the address on your account and tell us what to delete — we verify the request against your account and complete it promptly.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in identity.
• All projects and their saved state and documents, including uploaded files.
• All conversations with the agent, on every device signed in to the account.
• Field logs, observations, notes, and procurement entries you created.
• Your contributions to aggregated market data (e.g. observed equipment lead times) and your usage analytics records.
• Data stored locally on your device by the app (wiped as part of the in-app flow).

What may persist, and for how long

• Standard server and security logs, which reference only non-identifying identifiers, are retained for a limited period and then deleted.
• Messages already processed by our AI provider to generate past responses are retained only briefly by that provider and are never used to train models. See our Privacy Policy.
• Backups that may still contain your data are purged within 30 days.
